EANB Games ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game N Block Puzzle (the "App") and the website eanbgames.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices and rights you have. By using the App or the website, you agree to this policy.
Want your data deleted? See Section 7 — How to request deletion of your data. It takes one e-mail and we complete it within 30 days.
a) Data stored on your device. Your single-player game settings and progress (for example local high scores and preferences) are stored on your device and are not sent to us.
b) Data collected when you play the online versus mode. The App includes an optional online 1v1 versus mode. The single-player mode does not require an account. Please note that the App requires an active internet connection in all modes. When you use the online mode, the following is transmitted to and stored on our servers:

| Technical connection data | Your IP address and connection metadata, which are necessarily processed to route your matches and to protect the service against abuse. |
c) Advertising identifiers. Your device's advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID / IDFA) and device information are collected by our advertising partner to serve and measure ads. See section 4.
d) Website contact form. If you send us a message through the contact form on eanbgames.com, we receive the name, e-mail address and message text that you enter. See section 5.
We do not ask for your real name, postal address, phone number or payment details, and the App contains no in-app purchases.
The online mode is optional. If you use it:
Google Play Games and Apple Game Center are used only to verify your identity at sign-in. Their own handling of your data is governed by their privacy policies.
We do not use your player identifier, match data or scores for advertising, profiling or behavioural analysis, and we do not combine them with data from other companies.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and process data (including advertising identifiers and device information) to show personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance. This processing is governed by Google's privacy policy:

Where required by law, the App requests your consent (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. Your player account data is not shared with AdMob.
The website eanbgames.com serves static pages and does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by the third-party form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the name, e-mail address and message you submit solely in order to forward it to our mailbox.
We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it with data brokers. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the App:
We may also disclose information where required by law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
To have your data deleted, e-mail info@eanbgames.com with the subject "Data deletion request". In the message, tell us the display name you use in the game (you can see it on the online mode / leaderboard screen) so we can find your account. You do not need an account on any other service to make the request.
What happens next: we confirm receipt, delete your account data, and reply to confirm — within 30 days of your request.
What is deleted: your player identifier, display name and avatar selection, all match and score data, and your weekly leaderboard entries. What may be retained: copies inside encrypted backups, which are overwritten within 14 days, and any records we must keep by law. Advertising identifiers are handled by Google AdMob under their own policy (see section 4).
Retention at a glance:
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.
Connections between the App and our servers are encrypted in transit (TLS). Access to the servers and to backups is restricted to the developer. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
